Work Transformation

Better decisions before bigger commitments.

MeridianAX combines enterprise transformation experience with research-informed frameworks and scenario planning, helping you examine the options, challenge assumptions and turn strategic priorities into practical changes, with clear ownership and evidence to guide the next decision.

When the next decision matters

Competing priorities

Several AI or transformation initiatives are seeking attention, but there is no shared basis for deciding which deserve investment.

A changing business

Your customers, technology or competitive environment are changing. You need to explore what this means for your organisation and its capabilities.

A promising pilot

An initial test looks encouraging, but the implications for everyday work, adoption and wider deployment remain unclear.

An investment to challenge

A proposal is on the table. You need to examine its assumptions, alternatives and practical requirements before committing.

Rigour in the thinking. Practicality in the work.

Research-informed judgment

We use established frameworks and scenario planning to structure difficult questions, explore alternatives and make assumptions explicit.

Evidence from your organisation
We examine how work happens, listen to the people involved and consider the needs of customers and other stakeholders. Recommendations are grounded in your context.

Experience across the adoption journey
Our approach draws on experience connecting enterprise priorities, customer needs, partners and AI solutions from targeted pilots to broader implementation.

A clear basis for action
You receive recommendations with their reasoning, dependencies and uncertainties, together with the evidence needed to decide what should happen next.

Clear Boundaries

We help you with:

We don't:

  • Clarify the decisions that matter.

  • Distinguish evidence from assumptions.

  • Evaluate AI alongside non-AI alternatives.

  • Make strategic choices under uncertainty.

  • Identify where change can create meaningful value.

  • Design practical interventions around real work.

  • Support implementation, adoption and measurement.

  • Understand the reasoning, risks and trade-offs behind recommendations.

  • Assume AI is always the answer.

  • Recommend investment simply to create more activity.

  • Guarantee financial returns or business outcomes.

  • Automatically approve investment decisions.

  • Replace legal, regulatory, security or technical assurance.

  • Claim certainty where the evidence does not support it.

FAQs

Who do you work with?
We focus on established midsized organisations facing strategic, AI investment or work transformation decisions. Engagements typically involve an executive sponsor alongside the people responsible for operations, technology and delivery.

Where should we start?
Start with a conversation about the decision or challenge you face. We will discuss whether an engagement is appropriate and what a useful scope could look like.

Do you only recommend AI?
No. We consider the options relevant to the business need, including changes to processes, roles, data and existing technology. Further investigation or choosing not to proceed may be the appropriate recommendation.

Do we need to complete every engagement?
No. Each engagement addresses a different need and can be commissioned independently.

Do you build and implement technology?
We can support implementation and adoption within an agreed scope. Specialist development and integrations are included only where responsibilities and delivery arrangements are explicitly agreed.

How are engagements priced?
We agree the scope, deliverables, responsibilities and fee before work begins. Any proposed change to scope is discussed before additional work is undertaken.
